  • How are your carpets cleaned? Is it a wet or dry clean?

    Apollo cleans your carpet with a hot water extraction method (also known as “steam cleaning”), which is the method recommended by most carpet manufactures. Apollo also uses the latest in carpet cleaning technology and offers the best agitation and extraction with RotoVac 360i rotary cleaning. The self-powered RotoVac 360i consistently cleans all areas of the carpet, as the operator's physical strength is not important. It applies the power of five men simultaneously cleaning, returning carpet fibers to a like-new fluffy condition.

  • Do you pre-treat for spots?

    Yes! In addition to our standard pre-spray, Apollo will specially treat any spots or stains that you may have. The more information you have on the stain (what caused the stain, how long has it been there, etc.), the more likely we are to be able to remove the stain.

  • What is the limit of the room size?

    Any living area 250 sq feet (about 15x17) or less is considered one area. L-shaped rooms or oversized rooms will count as two areas.

  • How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?

    Drying time depends on humidity levels, airflow, level of soilage and the type of carpet. In general, running fans or turning on your air conditioning or heat will help speed the process. It can take anywhere from 2-24 hours for your carpet to dry completely, though you can walk on the carpet right away.

  • Do you move the furniture? Is there an extra charge for moving the furniture?

    Apollo technicians move most furniture at no cost. There are a few items we do not move, including electronics, china cabinets (unless contents are removed) and other extremely heavy or fragile items.

  • How do I know I can trust your technicians?

    All of Apollo’s employees are drug tested and background checked. They arrive at every job in a marked Apollo vehicle with clearly visible identification badges. Apollo also carries all necessary insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.

  • How much notice do I need to schedule an appointment?

    Depending on our workload, we are usually able to schedule appointments with 2-3 days notice, though we are happy to schedule up to a month in advance! In emergency situations, Apollo can be at your door within an hour.

  • How do I pay for my service?

    Apollo accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express upon completion of our services.
